Deposit and Payment
A 25% deposit is payable by cheque or Bank transfer upon confirmation of your booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before arrival date.
From our confirmation of booking if a period of seven (7) days has elapsed and a deposit has not been paid then we consider our offer of accommodation to have been refused and reserve the right to offer the accommodation to the open market.

Please send an email if you wish to cancel your booking and follow-up with a telephone call to ensure that we have received the cancellation. All bookings will receive a full deposit refund up to 28 days before arrival date. Within 28 days of arrival, a refund may only be possible if the Lodge can be re-let.
If due to unforeseen circumstance we have to cancel your booking, all monies you have paid to us will be refunded.
We will not be liable for any other expenses you have incurred
Change of booking
If, after we have issued confirmation of your booking, you wish to change your arrival, or departure date, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but that may not always be possible. If it is not possible then we will inform you.
We reserve the right to change your booking arrangements (but will only do so in exceptional circumstances).
In the event of us having to do so, we will contact you as soon as possible with all details of the changes. In this event, you will have the choice of accepting the change, or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid to us.
We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense if you have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
The Lodge is usually available from 16.00 hours on the day of entry.
The Lodge should be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
